Securely to Sonocare is now as simple as "Printing"

Meaningful Use Stage 2 takes the Exchange of Data and Connectivity (commonly referred to as "Interoperability") to a new level.  Dependence on Fax to communicate referrals and other supporting documentation is sometimes a challenge for a busy practice like yours. In order to further streamline your workflow when working with Sonocare, we are pleased to introduce the Sonocare "Orders Caddy". Now simply "Print" Orders and Other Supporting Information securely to our facility through the Internet. Setup is a breeze, and we could be connected electronically in a couple of minutes at no cost to you.  

To get started, download and run "Orders Caddy" by clicking the button on the right of this page. When prompted for your "Practice Identifier", enter the value provided by the Sonocare representative in UPPERCASE. 

Once installed, you will see "SonocareOrders" as a printer on your machine. This is a virtual printer and does not physically create any "paper" copies. Anything printed to this printer is electronically and securely transmitted to our facility from yours. The Orders Caddy is HIPAA-compliant, securely protecting your patient's protected health information (PHI).
